Shipping Rates and Information
We offer shipping via USPS and UPS for domestic and UPS and FedEx for international shipments. Please keep in mind that your order may take up to one business day to be processed for shipment. Shipping rates will vary according to the items in your order and where you are having them shipped. Our shipping calculator uses these factors to calculate the total shipping charge that you see during checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Card Shop Live Standard: Estimated Delivery within 3 to 8 business days.
USPS First Class Domestic: Estimated Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
USPS Priority Domestic: Estimated Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
UPS Ground: Guaranteed Delivery within 2 to 7 business days.*
UPS Second Day Air: Guaranteed Delivery within 2 business days.**
UPS International Mail Innovations: Estimated Delivery within 7-21 business days.
FedEx International Priority: Estimated Delivery within 2-7 business days.
*We currently offer UPS Ground to customers in the contiguous United States only.
**Our Second Day Air services do not include Weekend Delivery. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.
To see the exact rates on particular item(s), please visit the checkout page and advance to the Shipping Methods section. Shipping rates depend on two factors: order contents and shipping destination. We are located in Henderson, Nevada so some shipping methods will cost more the further the destination is from our offices.
We, of course, encourage our customers to purchase more and like to reward them when they do. One way of doing that is by offering them discounts on their shipping. Here are the current offers that will automatically apply on qualifying orders during checkout:
Free Standard for domestic orders of at least $250.
Most singles orders are packaged with a protective top loader and shipped in a bubble mailer. For singles orders exceeding 400 cards, we may use cardboard boxes to help protect cards during transit. At Card Shop Live, we take pride in how our packages are shipped and try to minimize the chance of damage. We welcome feedback on ways to improve our packaging.
For International Customers
Many packages including standard mail shipments to various countries are being assessed destination duties and taxes by local authorities. Due to this, carriers are facing increasing backlogs leading to greater risk of lost, undelivered, and delayed packages. To improve the shipping experience for our international customers, we are offering only door to door courier services to the countries where this issue is most prevalent.
For those customers who can select UPS Mail Innovations, please keep in mind that this service is handed off to the local courier for final delivery. For this reason, Card Shop Live can bear no responsibility for lost packages and will not be able to provide a replacement or refund for any product lost in transit. We highly recommend communication with your local post office to ensure prompt delivery of your package. For those customers who would prefer a more secure method of shipment, we do offer door to door courier service via FedEx (International Priority).

When selecting this shipping option during checkout, be advised that your order can be processed by any service provided by our regular mail carriers (UPS and USPS) with an expected delivery projection that matches the estimate outlined during checkout (currently 3-8 days). Additionally, orders will be subject to the same conditions and requirements relating to signature upon delivery that we outline for each mail carrier (see below).
Signature Requirement on UPS & FedEx Shipments
In order to ensure the secure delivery of UPS and FedEx packages, we require signature confirmation on all shipments through those carriers. If you would like to waive the signature requirement on your shipment, please write "No Signature Required" in your order comments. Please note that we reserve the right to require a signature in all circumstances, but we will try to accommodate customer requests whenever possible.
Signature Tracking on USPS Shipments
In order to ensure a secure delivery on higher value purchases, we process orders of $250 or more with signature tracking in most circumstances. If you would like to waive the signature requirement on your USPS shipment, please write "No Signature Required" in your order comments. Please note that we reserve the right to require a signature in all circumstances, but we will try to accommodate customer requests whenever possible.
Changes to Selected Method of Shipment
In order to ensure the integrity of our highest value shipments, we reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method selected during checkout to a shipping method of equivalent or faster speed with higher security. If you would not like to have your shipping method changed under any circumstances, please indicate so in your order comments. Please note that we reserve the right to require a change, but we will contact you to discuss and agree on any changes before shipping your order.
